Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho and his first team stars traveled through the streets of west London in order for their fans to get a close glimpse of the Barclays Premier League trophy.The title parade also gave Didier Drogba and Cech a chance to say goodbye to Blues supporters ahead of their summer exits.
