Borno State Governor Kashim Shettima has approved the appointment of Alhaji Usman Jidda Shuwa as Secretary to the State Government. This was contained in a statement made available to KSM News this afternoon by the Permanent Secretary Administration and General Services, Governor's office, Dr. Maryam Bukar Ibrahim.
Also appointed is Alhaji Modu Alhaji Musa as Chief of Staff, Governor's office. Similarly, Barrister Yakubu Bukar retains his position as Head of Service.
Other political appointees are:
1. Isa Umar Gusau Special Adviser Communications and Strategy.
2. A Mohammed Bashir Shuwa, Senior Special Assistant Social Media.
3. Usman Majidadi Kumo, Senior Special Assistant on Media (Radio).
4. Kwapchi Bata Dibal, Senior Special Assistant Television on Media (Radio).
5. Yusuf Usman Shettima Special Assistant Social Media.
6. Babazanna Abdulkareem, Senior Special Assistant, Special Project.
7. Mustapha Mohammed Kukawa, Senior Special Assistant, Special Duties.
8. Christopher Godwin Akaba, Special Assistant, Special Duties.
The appointments are with immediate effect.
