The President of Niger Republic, Mahamadou Issoufou is in Nigeria. He was welcomed this morning at the airport by Nigeria’s No 1 citizen, President Muhammadu Buhari.  Mr Issoufou is here to attend the Lake Chad Basin Commission meeting which will hold today.
