The footage shows a traditional wedding ceremony with the happy newlyweds walking around a stage, when the bride accidentally steps on her husband’s veshti wrap and pulls it down.

While several people can be heard laughing, the man quickly covers up and seems not to be seriously upset about the failure.

Shocked, the groom quickly moves to cover up his modesty as the titters from the crowd grow louder

The dhoti, also known as dhuti, is a traditional men’s garment, worn for special occasions in South Asia, Nepal, Bengal, Bangladesh and India.

A garment consists of a rectangular piece of unstitched cloth, usually around 4,5 metres  long, wrapped around the waist, passed between the legs, and tucked in at thewaistline.
